The Broker Relationship Manager (BRM) is responsible for managing all available resources to help achieve sales growth improve results and operational goals within the assigned market while also helping to coordinate on a national level. You will maintain and support all external field sales resources within the market (individual Agents Agencies and Partners). In this role you will also develop external market engagement and sales strategy in coordination with the Director local markets tele-sales executives and account executives including all sales support. You will also work closely with other BRMs to support national and regional Partners to ensure there is a consistent Agent experience in all markets.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience in the Medicare industry
• Active Health Insurance license within the stated region (OR the ability and willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• Prior experience with public speaking and presentations
• Prior experience using CRM tools Sales/Marketing Resources Microsoft Office with proficiency in TEAMS Excel and PowerPoint
• This role is part of Humanas Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state drivers license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
• Must reside or be willing to relocate to the region (Oklahoma)

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelors degree
• Prior Salesleadershipexperience leading and training a team of sales associates utilize technology tools and build relationships with communities and medical providers.

Additional Information

This role is considered remote/work at home however you must live within the region (Oklahoma) to be considered for this opportunity and be willing to travel up to 45% within the region.

• Any Humana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment provided by an outside vendor to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills knowledge experience education certifications etc.

$70000 - $95500 per year

This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
