Rental Coordinator Transportation and Production Services McDonough GA


The Rental Coordinator Transportation and Production Services is responsible for assisting the Quixote ATL Sales and Ops team with administrative duties specifically related to maintaining accurate rental and leasing customer ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and have exceptional attention to detail.

What Youll Do:

  • Set-up new accounts obtain insurance certificates scan and file all digital documents in the appropriate database manage contracts and related paperwork for all outgoing units print and distribute reports daily and as necessary maintain confidential files and manage internal roster and contact list.
  • Plan direct and coordinate the actual distribution or movement of the Company products and services to customers.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve their issues/concerns.
  • Scan paperwork into appropriate digital files.
  • Maintain and organize all paperwork pertaining to purchase orders service requests and flag sheets.
  • Prepare quotes and invoices in a timely manner for customers.
  • Assist billing department in tracking all paperwork for closing orders.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all Company products and services.
  • Maintain excellent customer service to maximize/generate sales revenue.
  • Maintain rental schedule based on equipment availability and client needs (i.e. check availability of items before promising them to clients)
  • Recommend additional equipment and/or expendables to enhance the client experience and expand Quixotes brand. Not just to upsell but to insure they have everything they need for their shoot.
  • Obtain save manage and update necessary account documents including but not limited to: insurance certificates purchases orders rental agreements credit card authorizations and rental deposits
  • Support team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What Youll Need:

  • 2 years work experience in an administrative / customer service role.
  • Ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrating accuracy in the execution of assigned tasks.
  • Must display strong customer service and treat all customers in a friendly polite positive and helpful manner.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changes in a high-volume environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient knowledge of computer applications.
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Compensation:

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements the pay range for this role is $18.00 - $21.00 per hour.

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location job-related knowledge education/training certifications key skills experience external market and internal value including seniority and merit systems and internal pay compliance with the California Law a potential new employees salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.

Quixote Studios reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above
