Renders clinical psychosocial services to the patients and their families of all ages (neonate to geriatric). Assesses patients psychosocial needs and makes referrals to appropriate facilities or community agencies; and provides crisis intervention and bereavement counseling.

requirement:

Day Shift 5 x 8s 8am to 4:30pm M - F with occasional weekend shift. Located at Vallejo. Must have CPI and BLS. CPI can be provided on site after hire if needed. 1year of experience at and Work Experience:Bachelors Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelors): RequiredMasters Degree in social work or equivalent combination of education/experience: RequiredThree years experience in a social agency hospital or other organization dealing with health and/or welfare: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): PreferredDepartment Specific License/Certifications:Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM): Required
