This is the role
The position is based in Roermond (Netherlands) and you will work in a team of 6 people.
As a Customer Support Professional you are responsible for the correct handling of the entire order process and actively support our sales organization where needed. Grodan is a 9 organization and your customer focus is crucial in maintaining this standard.
Your daily tasks include:
Independently handling and managing orders as well as addressing any complaints
Providing product information and details regarding pricing delivery times and sending information to various target groups
Supporting our account managers in commercial processes such as following up on quotations and actively managing relationships with customers and dealers
Providing first-line product/technical advice
Enhancing the customer experience by continuously improving processes either independently or as part of a project team
What you bring
A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree or equivalent work experience
Good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and knowledge of ERP systems
Interest in commercial processes and experience with CRM systems
Excellent command of Frenc and English (Dutch is a nice-to-have)
Strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with customers and internal departments (emotionally intelligent)
Customer-oriented maintaining an optimal balance between commercial production and customer interests
A positive attitude proactive and reliable open to change
Responsible initiative-driven and a team player
