Summary: We are hiring an X-One Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful global delivery deployment and adoption of X-One services across international markets. This role acts as the primary liaison between global IT programs and local market stakeholders to ensure service excellence and value realization

Primary Location: Diemen The Netherlands (Global IT Hub)
Work Model: Hybrid. This role requires a balance of remote work and onsite presence at our Diemen office
Time Zone Requirement: Candidates must be available to work during Central European Time (CET) business hours to align with global program teams and European markets
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently and work onsite during intensive program deployment periods is required
what you will achieve
In this role you are not just managing tickets; you are the bridge between global technology and local business success. Your primary mission is to ensure that every release of the X-One product is understood adopted and delivers measurable value to our markets
Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the lead liaison between central program teams Global IT Services (GIS) and onboarded markets
Market Advocacy: Represent the voice of the market within global teams to ensure local priorities are addressed in the product roadmap
Service Excellence: Oversee day-to-day delivery monitor SLAs and proactively resolve bottlenecks before they impact the business
Adoption Driving: Move beyond deployment by implementing strategies that encourage optimal usage of new functionality

Market Value Realization: Measuring how delivered services contribute to specific market outcomes and goals
SLA Adherence: Monitoring and ensuring performance metrics meet agreed-upon standards
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Collecting and acting on feedback to drive continuous service improvement
what you need to succeed
Education: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is desirable.
Professional Experience: Proven experience in project management implementation or change management roles within the IT sector.
Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and methodologies such as ITIL or Agile.
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of Randstads core processes.
Certifications: Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) or IT service management (e.g. ITIL) is highly desirable.
Organizational Navigation: Ability to understand and navigate complex organizational structures and workstreams.
Important Note: This is a Delivery & Relationship Role: This is a Strategic Liaison and Service Management position focused on stakeholder alignment and implementation oversight. It is not a hands-on technical development or software engineering role
