Reporting directly to the Operations Manager your role is ultimately to support the delivery of the company Strategy. As an Account Manager you will be specifically responsible for the provision of a first class food service ensuring that we deliver a best in class service across the whole location provide location support and motivate engage and develop your teams across the site including patient service restaurant & coffee shop. Qualifications :
- To ensure that the location meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures. To ensure that the whole site meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety Food Safety and environment legislations and procedures. Ensure that Health & Safety and Food Safety is a priority.
- Be highly visible and credible as a leader implementing robust processes and procedures while remaining focused on the detail.
- Lead and develop a strategic agenda. Set clear and achievable objectives for your team and manage expectations by inspirational and engaging leadership. Maximise potential by developing a business plan for the next 12 24 months which is aligned to patient and customer service finance strategy and client retention plan.
- Drive exceptional business value through a strong patient and customer focus. Work in partnership with your culinary and front of house teams to create mutual understanding to meet customer needs.
- Support your managers & supervisors to ensure that they and their teams understand and exceed patient and customer needs both now and in the future and effectively manage internal relationships to add customer value.
- Coach your team using the GROW model to develop and retain great people.
- Regularly communicate with client patients and customers and ensure that we are meeting and exceeding the client and customers expectations. Ensure that the site team are regularly capturing customer feedback and reacting to it in a timely and open manner.
- Assume overarching responsibility and accountability for consistently delivering key performance indicators in line with company and client expectations. Champion excellence continuous improvement sustainability and innovation to ensure BaxterStorey maintains its industry leading standards.
- Identify problem areas with pace and ensure that the corrective action plan is implemented to address gaps in performance and guarantee that the problems are rectified promptly.
- Follow business market trends and best practices to drive business performance building on expertise from both within the culinary team and the current market trends.
- Support our vision to create culinary happiness and beautiful customer service
- Work alongside our culinary team to ensure that we consistently deliver the highest standards of food quality presentation menu development innovation and sustainability. Drive the core values of our local fresh and seasonal provenance which should be at the heart of everything we produce.
- Ensure that the hospital achieves as a minimum the financial targets agreed with the client in line with budget.
- Champion excellence by merging our marketing and merchandising values into all aspects of our service delivery to ensure that the highest standards are delivered in innovation concepts food design and flair that best reflects the companys style and standards.
- Positively and confidently lead and coach others through change embracing change as an opportunity even when faced with ambiguity or personal impact. Seek out opportunities to change in order to drive significant business improvements.
