Everyone should have a warm safe affordable home. As part of our governance and assurance team youll help us make sure we are doing everything we can to make this a reality for thousands of familiesin Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.

Focussing on timely and accurate reporting youll help us use data and insights to improve decision making and performance across the organisation.

As our Performance Assistant youll be a key co-ordinator of data to help provide regular KPI reports to our Executive Team Committee and Board. Working closely with our data team youll support the development of reporting dashboards help assess the quality of our data and help collect information for any GDPR related requests.

What youll bring to our team

Organised and motivated youll build good relationships with teams across the organisation collecting the information you need to complete reports to strict deadlines. Youll understand the importance of providing accurate performance information ensuring data accuracy and understand our requirements associated with data protection.

What were looking for

• Ability to produce high quality work within tight deadlines.

• Good attention to detail.

• Excellent administrative skills.

• Excellent oral and written communications.

• Excellent IT skills and ability to use Microsoft packages including Word Excel PowerPoint Ms Teams.

• Ability to build positive and mutually beneficial relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Good knowledge and interest in social housing is desirable but not essential.
