Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director Marketing the Marketing Manager is accountable for the management and day to day marketing Operations and execution of campaigns related to the Broker Channel Broker Loyalty Program and Client renewals. The position works with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts drive growth through channels and help build a better experience for our customers including internal brokers and Clients.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports the implementation of established marketing processes and ensures team adherence
- Executes customer journey initiatives based job behavioral and data insights ensuring seamless user experience
- Test and QA marketing programs to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement.
- Launch optimize and scale marketing campaigns across channels to drive growth. Use data driven insights to refine and improve campaign performance.
- Conducts A/B Testing to test hypotheses learn from results and iterate on approaches.
- Create emails landing pages templates forms nurture programs and other campaign assets.
- Ensure all assets are built in accordance with industry best practices.
- Maintains accurate and relevant content on the various Haventree Bank websites always following brand guidelines.
- Partner with the copy and graphics teams to develop and build new fresh content in the Haventree Bank voice email communications Journeys promotional messages contests and presentation materials.
- Some work coordinating with external vendors on the creation of marketing materials.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degrees Diplomas & Certifications:
- The position requires a university degree or college certification in Marketing Business Communications or equivalent work experience.
Years and Range of Experience Required to Perform the Job:
- 5 years of experience in marketing preferably in the financial service insurance and other relevant industries.
- Strong understanding of email marketing digital marketing best practices and creative development.
- Possess excellent communication skills verbal listening and writing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office
- Well-rounded understanding of multi-channel user experiences (Web voice print mobile email SMS mail) in both a B2B and B2C environment..
- French language skills a benefit.
- Salesforce Marketing Sales and Community cloud experience is an asset.
