Service Drive Coordinator BMW of West St. Louis
Full-Time starting at $18 per hour 7:00 - 4:00 Monday - Friday
BMW of West St. Louisis seeking a reliable and customer-focusedService Drive Coordinatorto join our high-performing team. This is a key position in creating a smooth premium experience for our service guests every day.
What Youll Do:
Greet and direct customers arriving on the service drive to their Service Advisor.
Manage service drive traffic to ensure an organized and efficient flow.
Maintain a clean professional and safe service drive area.
Park and move customer vehicles as needed.
Assist Service Advisors with daily operations and customer needs.
Support customers during vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
Perform basic vehicle checks (fluid top-offs tire pressure checks etc.).
Occasionally assist with picking up or delivering vehicles to customers homes or offices.
What Were Looking For:
Positive professional attitude and strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Team player with a commitment to excellent customer service.
