- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy anchored to Nikes DEI priorities and HR strategies.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with external organizations internal business teams to unlock resources amplify impact and connect DEI work to business and community goals.
- Create and maintain playbooks toolkits and operating rhythms for partnership activation ensuring systems and access are in place for all teams.
- Grow Brand Loyalty: Collaborate on premium inclusive community experiences and external partnerships that deepen brand trust and authentic connection.
- Power DEI with Data & Rigor: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure partnership impact monitor industry trends and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Leadership & Enablement
- Lead coach and develop the Partnerships team fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and high performance.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities that align with DEI strategy and business goals.
- Report on key performance indicators and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
