What youll do:

As the Business Escrow (BES) Business Development Officer youll be an integral part of a best-in-class escrow paying and exchange agent business. Youll be part of our leading edge product offering supporting a diverse range of market transactions including MandA Project and Municipal Finance Private Placements and other dynamic transaction types. Youll interface with all levels of management and collaborate in dynamic environments. Youll develop and drive a nimble innovative growth strategy to source business from multiple channels including but not limited to: Law firms PE and VC firms. Youll be responsible for converting networking leads and opportunities into wins.

Responsible for partnering with Marketing and Product teams to develop messaging and servicing offering platforms that will drive success in your region. Develop and execute a regional industry plan (e.g. conferences events associations ad placements thought leadership pieces) to help expand brand awareness and additional sources of new business.
Support the broader BES management team by being the voice of the client and the broader marketplace. Participate in business strategy sessions and work actively with BES teammates to brainstorm out-of-the box market disruption ideas.
Report and track activity in corporate CRM tool.
May lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring coaching performance management training and development.

What youll need:

5 years of related experience in Lending and/or Deposit Sales or similar field.
High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations loan administration treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheets and data mining and gathering and computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
Occasional travel required.

Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $169000.00 - $219389.00 for Denver CO. Salary amount is determined by specific job addition the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
