Job Summary
Cleaning Operative Daytime Temporary Cleaner
Due to our growing business we are looking for a reliable and motivated Daytime Cleaner with the potential for permanent placement to join our friendly team at a private college in West Sussex (College Ln Hassocks BN6 9JS). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with cleaning experience who can work independently use their initiative and pays great attention to detail.
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8:30AM 1:00PM 20 hours per week
- Opportunities may also arise for extra hours either early mornings from 6:00 AM or covering the twilight shift from 6:00 PM
Pay & Contract:
- 12.52 per hour
- Temporary role to cover long-term absence with potential for permanent placement annualised contract paid monthly
Key Duties:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas
- Perform routine cleaning tasks ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
- Work independently while showing initiative and attention to detail
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Friendly and professional attitude
