Job Summary

This Customer Service Representative Lead position is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact with a growing but stable 100% employee owned company and places a high emphasis on delighting the customer.

The schedule is Monday thru Friday from 8AM-5PM.
The ideal candidate will possess and/or be responsible for:
- Flooring experience (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in a high volume call center
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to multitask & prioritize effectively
- Accurately process customers POs & emails
- Answering calls promptly in a friendly & professional manner
- Resolving customer issues
- Partnering with Outside Sales Representatives to grow customer accounts & perform as a team
