Job Description
An IFS Senior Consultant should possess a strong understanding of IFS ERP project implementation methodologies on IFS Cloud along with hands-on experience in IFS Cloud. Familiarity with tools such as Scope Tool Click Learn and other IFS-related utilities is essential. The role also demands domain expertise across IFS core modules and processes such as Product Management R&D Sales Customer Solutions Delivery Procurement Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality Management Service Delivery Service Sales Finance Personnel and Organization Sustainability.
Your role
In the role of a Solution Consultant you will lead the end-to-end discovery workshops design and delivery of IFS Cloud implementations ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. You will facilitate collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams and leadership to drive successful project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include defining functional designs solutioning for the overall IFS Cloud architecture and managing delivery with a strong focus on quality assurance. You will lead all workshops related to IFS Cloud and serve as the primary advisor on architecture integration implementation and deployment strategies. Additionally you will provide both business and technical advisory support lead configuration planning meetings and offer strategic guidance on testing and validation processes. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a high-performing Agile environment and delivering scalable future-ready solutions.
Responsibilities.
- Should be able to facilitates collaboration and communication between team players and leadership to ensure a successful project outcome.
- Facilitate communication: Responsible for ensuring that there is clear communication between the team the Product Owner and any other stakeholders.
- Defining functional design and solutioning for overall IFS Implementation Cloud solution
- Managing overall delivery
- Ensuring quality assurance
- Lead all workshops related to IFS Cloud
- Lead for all architecture integration implementation and deployment approaches related to the solution.
- Provide business and technical advisory support.
- Provide leadership on Testing.
- Lead/facilitate Configuration Planning meetings
- Good knowledge of IFS ERP project Implementation methodology on IFS Cloud
- Good knowledge of IFS ERP Technology and functions
- Hands on experience and knowledge of IFS cloud Technology and functions
- Aware of IFS tools like Scope Tool Click learn and other related tools
- IFS Module and Process knowledge in Product Management R&D Sales Customer Solutions Delivery Procurement Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality Management Service Delivery Service Sales Finance Personnel and Organization Sustainability
- Handled Solutions and one or more domains
Preferred
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills
- Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members
- Minimum 10years of experience in ERP Implementation projects
- Minimum two e2e implementation experiences as a Solution or Functional Architect.
- Ability to design plan and execute complex ERP projects
- Should have the knowledge of all the associated IFS modules and integration steps used in the project
- Ability to drive the areas from various workstreams of the ERP solution
- Ability to set expectation and manage the expectations with the customer
- Ability to identify any requirements in advance and communicate to right team with proper lead time
