Job Summary

WMS & Logistics Consultant

Within their Supply Chain & Operations practice in Belgium they help organizations transform their logistics and distribution capabilities through digital innovation and operational excellence.

As a WMS & Logistics Consultant you will support Belgian and international clients in optimizing their warehouse and distribution operations by leveraging modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and smart logistics solutions.

Your responsibilities

Analyze and redesign warehouse and logistics processes including inbound outbound inventory management and fulfillment operations
Translate business requirements into functional and technical WMS solutions
Support the selection design configuration and implementation of WMS platforms
Lead or contribute to key project phases: business analysis solution design system configuration testing training and go-live support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ERP TMS automation robotics data analytics) to deliver end-to-end supply chain transformation
Manage workstreams and coordinate with client stakeholders and Deloitte colleagues to ensure high-quality project delivery
Contribute to proposal development and business growth initiatives within the Supply Chain practice
Stay up to date with emerging logistics technologies automation trends and digital warehouse innovations

Your profile

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes
Experience with WMS implementation or optimization projects
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational challenges into digital solutions
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with operational teams as well as senior stakeholders
A collaborative spirit and a passion for supply chain transformation
