Job Summary

What you will do:
- Support dispatching and technical support activities for real-time energy operations
- Monitor and maintain industrial applications and SCADA interfaces
- Configure and troubleshoot communication protocols (e.g. Modbus TCP IECOPC-DA/OPC-XML)
- Assist with network topics (IPs ports VPN IPsec firewalls) and Windows environments
- Collaborate with engineers to analyze incidents and implement fixes
- Document configurations procedures and learnings to improve reliability
What you bring & who you are:
- Must-have: Ongoing or completed degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering
- Must-have: Basic electrical knowledge and familiarity with Windows OS
- Must-have: Interest in real-time communication protocols and SCADA systems
- Must-have: Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic setting
- Ideally: Exposure to networks (VPNs firewalls) and maintaining industrial applications
- Ideally: Knowledge of energy markets or renewables; experience as a SCADA developer is a plus
- Language: Native or fluent Spanish; B2 English
