What Youll Do
- Provide empathetic and accurate customer support
- Investigate account issues and content reports
- Advocate for community safety and product understanding
- Use data insights to enhance the user experience
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- A solutions-driven mindset and passion for helping others
What You Bring
Familiarity with digital platforms (training provided)
Relocation Package (for candidates from another EU country)
- 2 weeks hotel accommodation
- Flight ticket within the EU

What were looking for:
- Spanish (C1) English (good level)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Cultural awareness
- Up to 1 year of customer service experience (not required but a plus!)
