About Your Role
Everlab is building the future of preventive health helping people take control of their wellbeing before problems arise. Were a fast-growing healthtech startup backed by leading investors and were looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to scale our digital growth engine.
If youre obsessed with data creative performance and driving measurable results across channels this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What Youll Do
- Manage and optimise large-scale performance budgets (up to $1m/month) with heavy creative video strategy for Meta and TikTok
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across Meta programmatic and emerging digital platforms
- Drive acquisition engagement and conversion through creative experimentation and performance insights
- Partner closely with product and brand teams to deliver high-performing creative that converts
- Analyse and report on campaign performance delivering actionable insights and clear ROI visibility and
- Stay ahead of platform updates algorithm changes and audience trends to keep Everlabs growth edge sharp.
What Youll Bring To The Team
- 34 years experience in performance marketing ideally from a top agency or a high-growth company managing significant budgets
- Proven success with Meta Ads programmatic campaigns and creative-led performance marketing
- Strong analytical mindset youre fluent in ROAS CAC LTV and A/B testing
- Ability to move fast iterate faster and communicate clearly in a Slack-first hustle-driven culture
- A bias for action: you own your results thrive under pressure and deliver outcomes not excuses.
