Purpose of the Role

BGIS is seeking a Performance & Reporting Analyst to support service performance and reporting outcomes within a long-standing government contract in the justice precinct in Parramatta.

Reporting to the Performance & Reporting Manager and working closely with on-site and Operations Centre colleagues you will help ensure performance data is accurate accessible and meaningful - supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the contract.

This role suits someone who enjoys structured work values collaboration and can balance focused analytical tasks with positive stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent communicative and database/spreadsheet reporting and analytical skills.
• Monitor and report on contract and subcontractor performance against agreed KPIs
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual performance reports
• Support data accuracy compliance and CMMS integrity
• Assist with vendor performance tracking registers and reporting
• Provide system guidance and training to users as required
• Attend meetings prepare minutes and support documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement through insights and analysis

Education Experience & Skills

Essential:

• Experience in an administrative reporting or data-focused role
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing focused independent tasks
• Experience using CMMS or similar systems
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (client requirement)

Desirable:

• Qualifications in Administration Business or Data-related disciplines
• Experience in facilities asset or government environments
• Experience with Power BI
• Exposure to QA WHS or compliance reporting

Workplace Flexibility

This role is based on-site in Parramatta close to public transport and CBD amenities.
