Salary up to $190K bonus and addtional incentives!
Key responsibilities:
- Take charge of tax compliance and reporting ensuringadherence to all tax laws while maximizing strategic initiatives.
- Prepareand review global consolidated reportsannual tax returns extensions and estimatesmake your mark from the get-go!
- Manage the tax provision process to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Be a mastermind of tax strategy developing innovative plans to minimize liabilities.
- Conduct research on tax-related issues and provide forward-thinking solutions to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with various departments ensuring seamless financial reporting related to tax matters.
- Be the go-to expert during audits and manage all inquiries from tax authorities with confidence.
- Drive efficiency by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cutting-edge practices.
- Develop and mentor staff by sharing your knowledge and nurturing their professional growth.
Ideal profile:
- 10 years of related income Tax experience in a large global corporation or public accounting firm.
- CPA required MST a plus.
- Deep understanding of federal state and international tax regulations.
- Impressive problem-solving skills and a knack for analytical thinking.
- Exceptional communication skillsmake complex tax concepts easy to understand!
- Familiarity with tax software and ERP systems with data analysis skills being a bonus.
- A proven ability to engage with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule 3 days a week in office.
