Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience managing enterprise-level programs within Healthcare Pharma or Medical Supply environments. Candidates with prior experience at Cardinal Health or similar healthcare distribution organizations are highly preferred. This role involves end-to-end project delivery cross-functional coordination vendor management and working closely with business & technical stakeholders to ensure on-time high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale strategic IT and Business transformation projects.
Develop detailed project plans timelines communication plans and status reporting.
Work with business owners SMEs technical teams and vendors to ensure alignment.
Drive risk management issue resolution and change control processes.
Manage budgets resource planning procurement coordination and forecasting.
Facilitate executive-level communication and stakeholder updates.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and governance standards.

Required Experience & Skills

15 years of overall IT experience
8-10 Years of experience in Project/Program Management.
Experience working with or for Cardinal Health (preferred) - or other major healthcare supply chain / distribution firms (e.g. McKesson AmerisourceBergen Medline).
Proven ability to manage multi-workstream or enterprise-wide initiatives.
Strong experience working in cross-functional matrixed corporate environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and third-party solution providers.
Excellent documentation governance planning and communication skills.
Experience with Agile Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
PMP or SAFe certification is a plus (not mandatory).
