Job Summary
Responsibilities:
1. Equipment maintenance experience in Dry sand blasting / Wet sand blasting equipment Industrial surface cleaning machines ( Ultrasonic Spray )
2. Lead machine setup calibration and operation of Dry sand blasting / Wet sand blasting equipment Industrial surface cleaning machines ( Ultrasonic Spray )
3. Knowledge in support systems of machines like Vacuum pumps Chillers pumps Conveyor maintenanceCritical spares testing and replacement
4. Knowledge in Pneumatics electrical circuit servo systems and PLC controlled machines
5. Able to perform Preventive maintenance Time based & Condition based maintenance Kaizen and 5S
6. Perform spare parts management SOPs and technical documentation
