Job Summary

Job Description:

Plan and manage daily and weekly production schedules to meet deadlines.
Supervise production floor operations ensuring machines and staff work efficiently.
Maintain equipment and materials ready before production starts.
Ensure GMP safety and hygiene standards are always followed.
Assign and monitor team tasks for maximum productivity and quality output.
Coordinate with QA HR Supply Chain and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
Manage inventory and purchasing following FIFO principles.
Prepare and maintain production reports and records as required.
Support training team building and new product development activities.
Enforce company safety and compliance policies on the shop floor
