Job Description-:

client is looking for a senior electrical engineer to do a mix of design simulation test and requirements work for a new product theyre developing. It is the gen two of an existing product offering. They will add a new microcontroller and new I/Os to this device. It will include ethernet USB Bluetooth CANbus etc. This is primarily digital focused with some analog and low power considerations. This contract role is a stop gap opening lasting 2-6 months until they find a permanent employee.

Must:

Board level Electrical Engineering experience (primarily digital some analog components including power supply integration)
Schematic capture simulation layout (not a huge emphasis)
- Theyre using Orcad Altium LTSpice but prior tool experience is flexible.
Simulation thermal EMI/EMC understanding there will be a mix of these duties

Plus:

Automotive Experience
Degreed

Embedded experience
