Job Summary
NOW HIRING: MAINTENANCE ELECTRICAL OPERATOR
Location: Sunland Park New Mexico
Pay: $22$29/hour (DOE) Temp to Hire
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights)
4 days on / 3 days off rotating every 4 months
Were looking for an experienced Electrical Operator with strong technical skills to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance
Lead and support subordinates effectively
Maintain buildings machinery and equipment
Analyze failures perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
Ensure backups of critical devices
Prepare technical specs for new installations
Enforce safety and compliance standards
Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Hands-on knowledge of automation PLCs electric motors machining & welding
Familiar with ISO standards ( etc.)
SAP knowledge is a plus
Strong computer skills
