Position Project Lead (Level 2)

Scope of Services
The Worker will:
- Support project coordination activities on multiple simultaneous projects
- Assist with planning scheduling execution monitoring and closing project tasks
- Collaborate with IT and business partners to accomplish assigned work
- Track project milestones and maintain documentation
- Assist project managers with:
- Project planning
- Status reporting
- Scheduling
- Change requests
- Lead technical team meetings and mitigate impediments
- Provide project status updates to project managers and stakeholders
- Work with data related to project execution
- Coordinate tasks and schedules during project phases
- Assist with:
- System testing
- Test coordination
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Communication planning
- Training delivery
- Schedule and facilitate meetings; maintain notes/action items
- Perform additional duties to support ongoing operations
