Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Technical Lead:
RFO# 25-057
Location: Sacramento CA (Hybrid)
Project Background:
The consulting services for ProLaw software which includes bug fixes upgrades enhancements data conversion testing and training DHCS end user and system administrators.
- A bachelors degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-to-year basis.
- Expertise in installation configuration deployment testing debugging bug fixing and training of Prolaw software as demonstrated by at least five (5) years experience in the above.
- Minimum of four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.
- of three (3) years of experience within multiple diverse technical configurations technologies and processing environments.
- of three (3) years of experience developing technical solutions including privacy and security standards development and statewide stakeholders collaboration.
- four (4) years of experience eliciting and documenting Business & Systems Requirements utilizing a wide variety of techniques.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with Business & IT to translate business requirements into functional specifications and data mapping documentation.
