Open and maintain dealer accounts ensuring accurate debtor master data
Prepare and process credit checks invoices and payments for dealer sales
Receive and process dealer orders ensuring correct dispatch and supporting documentation
Create and update purchase and sales orders goods receipts and shipping documents
Coordinate imports and deliveries with logistics partners and the Leatt warehouse
Track stock levels orders and delivery timelines; circulate stock sheets to clients
Process landed cost transfer and credit note documents as required
Manage warranty returns related stock and documentation until final resolution
Provide administrative and sales support across Africa operations as needed
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience
Qualification:
Matric
National Diploma (beneficial)
