Role Overview

We are hiring aBusiness Development Executive (BDE)for ourMohali officeto help expand RChillis reach across India and global markets. This role is ideal for ayoung ambitious professionalwith6 months to 1 year of sales or business development experiencewho is eager to build a career inSaaS and HR Tech. You will be responsible for generating leads nurturing client relationships and supporting our sales growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to new leads throughonline research calls LinkedIn outreach and networking.

  • Support senior sales team members in building relationships with potential clients.

  • Schedulemeetings demos and presentationsfor prospects.

  • Assist in preparingproposals presentations and sales documentation.

  • KeepCRM recordsup to date with lead and client information.

  • Work with the marketing team to runlead-generation campaignsin India and global markets.

  • Learn and understand RChillisHR Tech productsto confidently present them to clients.

  • Achieve entry-levelsales targetsand contribute to pipeline development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degreein Business Marketing or related field (fresh graduates with strong internships may apply).

  • 6 months to 1 year of experiencein business development inside sales or lead generation (SaaS/HR Tech preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skillsin English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus).

  • Eagerness to learn with strong self-motivation and a growth mindset.

  • Familiarity withCRM tools(HubSpot Salesforce Zoho etc.) is a plus.

  • Ability to work effectively in ahybrid setup.
