Logistic Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

As a Logistics Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in logistics warehouse operations and international shipping. Proficiency in Salesforce and Shopify is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Logistics Operations: Support the end-to-end logistics process including inventory management and order fulfillment. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages or excesses. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Sales Support: Ensure seamless integration of logistics processes with sales platforms such as Salesforce and Shopify track orders shipments and inventory.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve logistics issues such as delays damages or shipment errors. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop solutions and prevent future occurrences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in logistics coordination preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Shopify (or similar sales platforms) is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in a dynamic team-oriented environment.

Schedule and Salary

• Monday -Friday 9am-6pm
• $45K-55K Based on experience
• Wynwood Miami
