Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily property operations for a luxury Class A community
Drive occupancy and resident retention through excellent customer service and community engagement
Lead motivate and hold the team accountable for performance professionalism and follow-through
Develop and execute social media and local marketing strategies to attract and retain residents
Manage and monitor budgets reporting and financial performance to meet community goals
Ensure compliance with company standards policies and fair housing regulations
Build strong relationships with residents vendors and ownership through transparent communication and responsiveness
Maintain a proactive presence on-site visible approachable and solution-oriented

Compensation & Benefits
