Job Summary

Position: Sr AWS/Python Developer Lead
Location: San Francisco CA (Onsite)
Experience: 810 Years (Preferred)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description:

Lead the design development and implementation of cloud-native applications using AWS services and Python.
Architect build and maintain scalable secure and high-performance backend systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and deliver efficient technical solutions.
Implement serverless architectures leveraging AWS Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB and S3.
Develop automation scripts and deployment pipelines using Terraform CloudFormation or CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab etc.).
Optimize application performance and scalability through effective use of AWS cloud services and Python frameworks.
Ensure best practices in cloud security monitoring and cost optimization.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across teams.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2 Lambda S3 RDS DynamoDB CloudWatch ECS/EKS).
Advanced proficiency in Python with frameworks such as Flask FastAPI or Django.
Experience with RESTful API design microservices architecture and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and delivery.
