Job Summary
Position: Lead II - Salesforce Cloud Architect / Lead
Location: Atlanta GA 30308 (Need Locals)
Work Type: Remote

The client is seeking a senior-level Salesforce BSA / Consultant who is not just a generic Business Analyst but someone who can design and architect Salesforce Sales Service and Experience Cloud solutions.
Heres a simplified breakdown:
Core Role
A Salesforce Functional Lead / Solution Designer who bridges business requirements and technical implementation.
Not a developer but should understand configuration and design at a deep level.
Technical & Functional Expertise
8 years total IT experience 5 years in Salesforce ecosystems.
Must have 4-5 full Salesforce implementations (Sales Service Experience Cloud).
Should be able to translate business needs into Salesforce solution designs.
Hands-on experience in building prototypes preparing BRD SRS and technical design documents.
Knowledge of Apex/Visualforce is preferred but not mandatory conceptual understanding is enough.
Domain Experience
Healthcare (especially Payer) and/or Financial Services domain experience preferred.
Experience in Health Cloud is mandatory (1-2 projects).
Soft Skills & Leadership
Excellent stakeholder management and communication interacts with VPs and enterprise architects.
Comfortable working in a global model with offshore teams and odd-hour meetings.
Plays a consultative role building confidence with clients while ensuring clarity between business and IT.
Work Setup
Remote position but GEORGIA locals preferred.
6-month temporary assignment (extendable depending on project success).
