Job Summary

Role Summary

Assist in smooth running of back-office tasks: client reporting and trade support to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and send periodic reports (e.g. portfolio statements contract notes)
  • Support post-trade tasks: trade validation reconciliation exception handling
  • Respond to client / internal queries regarding reports or accounts
  • Ensure posting of funds in clients ledger Pay in and Pay Out
  • Coordinate with internal teams (front office compliance IT Collateral)
  • Ensure pay in and pay out of clients securities

Requirements / Skills

  • Bachelors degree (Finance / Commerce / Business)
  • 02 years of experience in financial services or operations
  • Good attention to detail accuracy strong organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of capital markets / securities operations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Office
  • Good communication and responsiveness
