Job Summary

Job Title : Sales Manager

Experience : 5-10 Years

Location : Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding
  • Build and maintain relationships with government bodies PSUs and large industrial clients
  • Drive regional sales strategy to achieve assigned revenue targets across Bangalore and East India
  • Coordinate POCs pilots and deployments with internal teams and partners
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals pricing and SLAs
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline tracking and sales reporting
  • Share market insights with Product and Operations teams
  • Represent the organization at industry and government forums

Requisites

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology or Business (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in B2G/B2B technology or services sales
  • Knowledge of RFP-based sales and government procurement processes (GeM CPPP GFR)
  • Exposure to XaaS / DaaS / SaaS models is preferred
  • Background in Smart City GIS IoT surveillance or security solutions is an advantage
