Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Group Housing Projects
Location: Dehradun (Relocation candidates are welcome)
Experience: 10 – 12 years
Notice Period: 30 – 60 days

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background to manage end-to-end execution of group housing projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in delivering large-scale residential projects (500–1000 apartments) and demonstrate long-term stability in previous roles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end execution of group housing projects from planning to handover
Oversee project planning scheduling budgeting and execution
Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and internal teams
Ensure adherence to quality safety and statutory compliance norms
Monitor project timelines and cost control to ensure on-time delivery
Handle approvals liaisoning and coordination with local authorities
Manage site teams including engineers supervisors and contractors
Conduct regular site reviews and progress reporting to senior management
Ensure smooth handover of 500–1000 residential units with proper documentation
Candidate Requirements
10–12 years of total experience in group housing / residential projects
Mandatory Civil Engineering qualification
Proven experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management
Must have successfully handed over 500–1000 apartments
Stable career profile with minimum 3 years in one organization
Strong leadership coordination and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to relocate to Dehradun
