Job Summary

Are you an experienced and passionate educator committed to transforming the lives of children with Autism Speech Language and/or Communication Needs (SLCN)

Roundswell Community Primary School is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Specialist SEND teacher to lead the development and delivery of high-quality specialist provision for pupils whose needs extend beyond what is typically available in a mainstream setting.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child is empowered to thrive.

The SEND provision will support a small group of 6 to 8 Key Stage 1 pupils with Autism and/or SLCN. Pupils will be supported by a dedicated teacher and two experienced Teaching Assistants.

In this pivotal role you will work collaboratively with school leaders families and external professionals to design and implement tailored approaches that meet the individual needs of each learner.
