Job Summary
As a US Payroll Case Analyst within our team you will manage and resolve cases related to time operations payroll and tax within the ServiceNow platform. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions in compliance with US regulations collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll discrepancies and tax-related issues and maintain up-to-date knowledge of US payroll and tax laws and regulations. You will also provide exceptional customer service to employees by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in payroll and time operations assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures and participate in audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Job responsibilities

- Knowledge of basic automations such as Power Query / Excel (Consulting/Deployment).
