What youll do
Act as the right hand to the Country Manager and support local and global teams (Finance HR Operations Procurement IT).
Run day-to-day office operations manage suppliers equipment and organize company events.
Handle administrative and finance tasks including invoicing expenses payroll coordination and communication with external accountants.
Support HR processes onboarding/offboarding contracts employee records and coordination with HQ People team.
Manage travel arrangements timesheets and expense reporting.
Be the central link for all local operations ensuring everything runs efficiently and professionally.
What you bring
5 years of experience in a similar administrative office or EA role.
Broad knowledge of HR assistance finance and general operations.
Fluent in Danish and English (C1); Swedish is a plus.
Service-minded and resilient with a strong commitment to supporting others and maintaining high performance under pressure.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills able to build effective relationships at all levels.
