Job Summary

Are you ready to figure out where your skills truly fit within a global setup And do you want to join a 2-year paid Graduate Program tailored to your skills and aspirations within Audiology Then look no further.

As a Global Audiology Development Graduate you will go through three 8-months rotations. The first rotation will be at our HQ in Ballerup then you transfer to a department outside Denmark for the second rotation and finally you return to HQ for the third rotation in a different department.

Joining our Graduate Program on September 1st 2026 you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow graduate batch.

With multiple subsidiaries across the globe we are sure to find a role abroad that matches GNs business needs as well as your skills and interests. Throughout you will be assisted by managers program sponsors and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve.

The team you will be part of:

The Global Audiology Development (GAD) team is a team of 12 audiologists located in the headquarter office in Ballerup DK and in Glenview in US. We represent the hearing aid user and the fitting audiologist in development projects advocating for their user needs in the development of hearing solutions. We conduct usability testing during all development stages of hearing solutions. We are involved in the development of hearing aids hearing aid accessories apps and fitting software.

Moreover you will become part of a network together with 13 other fellow graduates who are exploring different areas across GN such as Finance People & Communications Digital Data & IT R&D or Operations.

As part of the graduate program you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about hearing aid users and fitting audiologists needs

  • Learn about how hearing aids accessories apps and fitting software is tested in terms of sound quality benefit and usability.

  • Learn to communicate test findings and work with colleagues in other departments on solving defects found in tests.

  • Build your network and work across different audiology teams

To thrive in the role we imagine that you:

  • Hold a masters degree in Audiology -or expect to graduate before September 2026 with good academic performance

  • Have maximum 2 years full-time work experience post- graduation

  • Have international experience through internship study abroad or volunteering

  • Are interested in working in a team of audiologists that work closely together

  • Are truly dedicated to the field of audiology

  • Possess effective communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
