Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Finance Analyst to join our team. As a Finance Analyst youll support financial planning analysis and reporting functions adapting quickly to different industries and business models.

Key Responsibilities

Support financial analysis budgeting and forecasting for assigned projects or clients
Prepare and interpret financial reports dashboards and KPIs
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data
Assist in financial modeling and scenario planning
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
Remain project-ready and upskill as needed for upcoming assignments

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
0-1 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles
Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite)
Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to adapt quickly to new industries tools and teams
Self-driven with a flexible mindset and strong time management skills
Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is a plus
