Virtual Assistant - Bookkeeping with Administrative Assistance

The client is a leading specialist in formwork rebar and concrete packages for commercial industrial civil and residential projects. As we continue to grow across complex infrastructure and construction sectors were looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support our back-office operations.
Role Summary
You will manage the day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records of the business ensuring that our accounting data is accurate compliant and supports project-based decision-making. Youll be working closely with our CFO payroll finance and operations to keep our books in order and provide timely reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven bookkeeping experience in a construction or project-based environment desirable.
Must have advanced experience with MYOB (setup daily entries reporting reconciling).
Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and confidentiality with financial data.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping
Record daily financial transactions (invoices receipts expenses payroll).
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.
Assist with BAS GST and compliance reporting (if applicable).
Work with external/internal accountants as needed.
Use and manage MYOB for all financial transactions this is non-negotiable: you must be proficient
and confident using MYOB.
Administrative Assistance
Handle email correspondence and respond to client inquiries.
Maintain and update customer and supplier records.
Prepare quotes contracts and service agreements.
Monitor compliance paperwork and licenses relevant to the Formwork industry.
Provide general office and admin support to management.

Data entry from emails to crm
