Our client is seeking an experienced SEO & Google Ads Specialist to take full ownership of their digital marketing strategy. This remote part-time role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can confidently manage both paid advertising and organic search initiatives. Responsibilities
Google Ads Management
Build and manage Search Display and Shopping campaigns
Conduct keyword research A/B testing and bid optimizations
Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
Set up and manage conversion tracking
SEO Optimization
Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits and implement improvements
Optimize site structure metadata and page speed for better rankings
Develop and execute a backlink strategy
Monitor keyword performance and search visibility
Analytics & Reporting
Provide monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
Track key metrics including CTR bounce rate conversions and keyword rankings
Recommend strategies based on data trends and performance results
Collaboration
Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and content strategies
Work with developers to implement SEO best practices
Contribute SEO ideas for blog topics and seasonal campaigns
Requirements
3 years of experience in SEO and Google Ads (eCommerce/retail preferred)
Strong expertise with Google Ads GA4 Tag Manager and Search Console
Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
Experience with Shopify or similar CMS (a plus)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently
Performance Goals
Increase conversions while optimizing ad spend
Improve keyword rankings and organic traffic growth
Boost Quality Scores and CTR
Deliver transparent and insightful monthly ROI reports
