This is a remote position.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9 am - 1 pm California (PST)
Paid hours per week: 20 hours
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through website chat features for styling appointments fashion show inquiries influencer collaborations and curated experience bookings
- Handle email correspondence with vendors sponsors models and designers for fashion show coordination
- Manage customer service inquiries using provided templates with 24-hour response time for complex questions requiring owner input
- Perform Shopify administrative tasks including removing sold inventory publishing sale items and updating product listings
- Execute email marketing campaigns for promotions and customer engagement
- Handle private shopping event coordination and appointment scheduling
- Maintain professional communication standards across all customer touchpoints
Requirements
- Customer service background with proven professional communication skills
- E-commerce experience specifically with Shopify and Amazon platform management
- Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail for inventory management and customer communications
- Ability to work independently using templates and established processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion/retail environment
Scope:
- Part-time position: 15-20 hours per week maximum
- Remote work arrangement with flexible scheduling
- Non-phone-based role (all communication via email and chat)
- 24-hour response time requirement for customer inquiries
- Initial 3-month focus on fashion show coordination transitioning to ongoing e-commerce and customer satisfaction support
- Direct reporting to business owner with template-based workflow system
