Your role:
In this captivating role as Assistant Financial Controller you embody the very essence of the brand infusing it with vital energy. Working closely with the Financial Controller you play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining internal financial procedures as well as in achieving the companys financial objectives. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all financial activities adhere to both legal standards and those of the group.
Your mission encompasses a variety of tasks ranging from authorizing and verifying account coding on invoices to balancing billing and payment journals to assisting various members of the financial team. You are also tasked with reconciling accounts producing monthly financial analyses and actively participating in budgeting and forecasting.
Your extensive experience in the accounting field coupled with your expertise in the hospitality sector provides you with a deep understanding of the companys specific financial challenges. Your ability to maintain strict financial standards combined with your proficiency in both written and spoken English and French as well as your advanced computer skills makes you a valuable asset to the company.
Your unwavering integrity and results-oriented approach guide your daily actions while your flexibility and open-mindedness enable you to embrace innovation and adapt to change.
