Hourly Rate: $40$60 (SCHADS Award Level 2.1 plus casual loading)

Role Overview

Provide compassionate support with daily routines personal care and social participation
Accurately maintain records of resident goals achievements and incidents
Communicate effectively with participants families and a multidisciplinary support team
Uphold safety standards and promptly report any hazards or incidents
Encourage independence and community engagement among residents
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities

Requirements

Essential: Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
Background in supporting people with dual diagnoses (mental health & disability)
Experience in personal care and manual handling
Reliable with flexibility for a rotating roster including sleepover shifts
Demonstrated ability to follow care plans and record accurate documentation
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and strong commitment to participant wellbeing
Current immunisation records required
