Role Overview
- Provide compassionate support with daily routines personal care and social participation
- Accurately maintain records of resident goals achievements and incidents
- Communicate effectively with participants families and a multidisciplinary support team
- Uphold safety standards and promptly report any hazards or incidents
- Encourage independence and community engagement among residents
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
Requirements
- Essential: Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- Background in supporting people with dual diagnoses (mental health & disability)
- Experience in personal care and manual handling
- Reliable with flexibility for a rotating roster including sleepover shifts
- Demonstrated ability to follow care plans and record accurate documentation
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and strong commitment to participant wellbeing
- Current immunisation records required
