Experience Required

- Maintain safety standards; monitor safety planning execution and documentation
- Manage project planning and execution of the pre-job plan
- Determine construction techniques and develop the Site Utilization Plan
- Oversee CPM baseline schedules monthly updates and delay fragments
- Coordinate equipment needs with the Project Manager
- Review subcontractor pay applications to ensure alignment with actual work
- Expedite vendors and subcontractors; resolve construction issues proactively
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and cost records
- Analyze labor and cost reports; implement corrective actions as needed
- Manage the Quality Control Program

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience 10 years estimating cost control and/or engineering experience (at least 4 years estimating experience) in similar facility construction Thorough knowledge of company procedure estimating techniques all engineering disciplines cost control systems and accounts Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts plus ability to coordinate and supervise group work effort
