Job Summary

Primary Function: Provides corporate estimating support across all regions focusing on environmental geotechnical and civil construction projects1.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assistant estimators
Develop cost estimates and preliminary construction schedules
Perform quality take-offs and compile bid proposal data
Review project specs and drawings
Prepare RFPs and quote requests for subcontractors/vendors
Attend project meetings and site visits
Collaborate with internal teams (estimators PMs executives)1

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in mechanical electrical civil engineering or construction management (preferred)
13 years of estimating experience (preferred)
Proficiency in:

Primavera P6
CAD
AGTEK
Microsoft Office
HCSS HeavyBid (a plus)1

Estimating Heavy Civil

Required Education:
