Operations Production Planner

We are currently seeking Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

The Production Specialist will oversee the production process within a manufacturing plant and third-party fillers ensuring efficiency quality and safety standards are met. They will be responsible for communicating with the staff optimizing production procedures and implementing strategies to enhance productivity.

Production Planning: Collaborate with the team to plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.

Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards

Inventory Management: Track raw materials and finished goods ensuring adequate supplies and minimizing waste.

Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and reports

Other responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Operations and production manager in managing other day-to-day production activities
• Manage inventory levels to support production needs
• Monitor production output to meet quality and quantity targets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes in line with company objectives
• Adhere to policies and procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouses inventory current.
• Ensure compliance with USA and International regulations

Schedule and Salary

• Monday -Friday 9am-6pm
• $60K-$65K Based on experience
• Wynwood Miami
