Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
An earned doctorate from a nationally recognizedandaccredited institution in adultandlifelong learning or a closely related field conferred by the start of employment
An established or emerging research agenda focused on adultandlifelong learning outside of the for-profit workplace community college leadership adult basic education and literacy adult and lifelong learning policy adult development or any other area closely related to adult education
Evidence of scholarly productivity (e.g. publications presentations grants)
Ability to teach graduate courses related to adultandlifelong learning community colleges or adult basic education and literacy
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional experience in adult education or community colleges
Graduate teaching experience
Online teachingand/or learning experience
Experience submittingand/or securing external funding
Expertise in quantitative research methods
